Delivery Operations Manager

Are you looking for a challenging role that requires strong execution skills and the ability to drive operational plans? As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations at our delivery centers. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 1 year of sales experience.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and driven individual to join our team as a Team Lead. In this role, you will work closely with the center manager to ensure efficient delivery processes from delivery stations to customer addresses. Your goal will be to continuously improve delivery performance and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Essential Functions- Executing the delivery process from delivery station to customer address
- Ensuring enough bandwidth in delivery team to manage peak time deliveries
- Continuously improving the delivery process and attaining sustained delivery performance improvement
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
- Action-oriented mindset with a strong focus on results
- Resourceful and able to identify ways to get things done with limited resources
- Networking capability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
A Bachelor's degree is required, while 6 months of sales experience is preferred.
