Job Description: Technical Delivery Manager - Healthcare Technology

Job Location: Bangalore

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to oversee and manage the delivery of projects within the medical devices, medical imaging, and healthcare technology sectors. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in customer management, digital transformation programs, program management, and business operations, particularly within the healthcare domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management and Delivery:

  • Lead end-to-end project planning, implementation, and delivery within the medical devices and healthcare technology sectors.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting high-quality standards.
  • Monitor and manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure successful delivery.

Customer and Stakeholder Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, team members, and senior management.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Drive customer satisfaction through effective communication and delivery excellence.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Ensure team members are effectively utilized, trained, and motivated to achieve project goals and career development.

Digital Transformation and Innovation:

  • Drive digital transformation initiatives, including IoT, cloud, and digital platform integration within the healthcare domain.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends, and apply them to enhance project delivery and customer solutions.

Operational Excellence:

  • Implement and manage processes to ensure efficient and effective delivery of technical solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards (e.g., CMMI Level 5, ISO 13485) and best practices in project management.
  • Oversee P&L responsibilities, including budget management, resource allocation, and financial reporting.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement initiatives to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and innovation within the team and organization.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: 15+ years of experience in project management and delivery, with a focus on healthcare technology sectors.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in digital platform integration, IoT, web, SOA, Java, .NET/MS technologies, and embedded systems.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
  • Leadership Skills:
  • Proven ability to lead and manage large, cross-functional teams.
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Communication Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Skills:

  • Delivery management for offshore, nearshore, and India development centers.
  • Expertise in medical devices and healthcare technology, including IoT/cloud digital programs.
