We are seeking a leader to oversee shift operations at our delivery centers.

The successful candidate will work closely with the center manager to ensure smooth functioning of Amazon transportation operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Executing the delivery process from delivery station to customer address
  • Ensuring enough bandwidth in delivery team to manage peak time deliveries
  • Continuously improving the delivery process and achieving sustained levels of delivery performance improvement

To be successful, you will need strong execution skills, be action-oriented and resourceful.

Prior experience in e-commerce, retail or advertising is preferred but not essential.
