Muskurahat Foundation: Leading the Way in Institutional Fundraising
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Fundraising Director to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive fundraising strategy, securing diverse funding streams for Muskurahat's mission.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will possess a proven track record in fundraising and business development, particularly with international donors, high net worth individuals, corporates, and foundations. You will be responsible for identifying and tracking prospective donors, monitoring funding opportunities, and overseeing the creation and maintenance of a detailed database of potential donors and partners.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
Developing and executing a strategic fundraising plan aligned with Muskurahat's goals and objectivesIdentifying and cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, including funders and partnersPreparing detailed funding proposals, grant applications, and reportsManaging donor pipelines and ensuring timely engagement with potential donors and stakeholdersCollaborating with program teams to create strong proposals that support Muskurahat's missionMaintaining up-to-date knowledge of Muskurahat's programs and servicesPreparing periodic reports and funding briefs to provide a comprehensive overview to potential and existing fundersAbout You:
To succeed in this role, you will require:
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant fieldDemonstrated experience in fundraising and business development, particularly with international donors, HNIs, corporates, and foundationsStrong networking abilities, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with high-level stakeholdersExpertise in preparing detailed funding proposals, grant applications, and reportsProficiency in using CRM tools like Salesforce for tracking donor information, managing relationships, and forecasting funding opportunitiesStrategic thinking, with the ability to develop, execute, and refine fundraising strategies aligned with Muskurahat's goalsExperience working cross-functionally with program teams to ensure alignment on funding proposals and programmatic needsSalary Range:
The salary for this position is expected to be in the range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
