  • Design and execute sales plans andstrategies for the assigned segments and responsible for increasingthe sales and revenue.
  • Plan & initiateaction plan to approach and secure new business for theorganization.
  • Any matter which may effect theinterests of Mercure Ekana Sportz City Lucknow should bebrought to the attention of theManagement.
  • Assist the Director of Sales SalesManager in the development of the Strategic Sales Plan for thesegments.
  • Ensure to achieve objectivesestablished in the Organizations StrategicPlan. 
  • Establish and maintain seamlesscoordination & cooperation with all departments of MercureEkana Sportz City Lucknow.
  • To ensure maximumcooperation productivity and guestservice.
  • Develop and maintain effectiverelationships with all the departments.
  • Respondto queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficientmanner.
  • Ensure that the team has been trainedfor all safety provisions.
  • Ensure that allpersonnel are kept well informed of departments objectives andpolicies.
  • Motivate and develop team to ensuresmooth functioning of the department and promoteteamwork.
  • Identify prospects for sales dealswithin targeted markets of the assigned area segment and alsoprepare and conduct sales presentations forthem.
  • Ensure to report regularly to theDirector of Sales on progress of the various activities provideinformation about prospective customers make forecasts and trackcurrent customer feedback.
  • Submit monthly andweekly sales plan and market analysis (monthly) as well as dailysales/activity reports.
  • Contribute to increasein business volume.
  • Prepare annual sales goalsdevelop working plans to carry out goals compare actualachievements against goal  periodically take necessarycorrectiveaction

Qualifications:

Diploma / Degree in HotelManagement / MBA in Sales & Marketing or any otherequivalentqualifications.
