- **Marketing Support**: Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including online listings, brochures, and advertisements. This may involve coordinating with the marketing department.
- **Database Management**: Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring that contact information and other relevant details are accurate.
- **Follow-up**: Follow up with clients and leads to gauge interest, address concerns, and provide additional information.
- **Open House Assistance**: Help organize and execute open houses, ensuring that properties are presented in the best possible light.
- **Research**: Conduct market research to stay informed about current real estate trends, property values, and competition in the market.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with real estate agents and other team members to support overall sales goals and objectives.
- **Problem Solving**: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the sales process, ensuring a positive experience for clients.
- **Technology Usage**: Utilize relevant real estate software and technology to manage listings, schedules, and communication efficiently.

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
