Key Responsibilities">

We are seeking a highly skilled Braze Developer to implement and optimize customer engagement campaigns using the Braze platform. This includes working closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to deliver personalized messaging experiences across email, in-app, push, and SMS channels.

  • Campaign Development: Develop, configure, and maintain campaigns in Braze using Liquid templating and Canvas.
  • Integration and Troubleshooting: Integrate Braze with backend systems via REST APIs, Webhooks, and SDKs, and troubleshoot and optimize message delivery, personalization, and performance.
  • User Attributes and Audience Segmentation: Implement event tracking, user attributes, and audience segmentation.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand campaign requirements and translate them into Braze workflows.
  • Technical Support and Training: Provide technical support and training to internal teams on using Braze, enabling them to leverage the platform effectively.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years hands-on experience working with Braze platform.
  • SDK Experience: Experience working with Braze SDKs (iOS, Android, or Web).
  • Data Streaming: Familiarity with Braze Currents and data streaming to external platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Segment).
  • Communication and Documentation: Excellent communication and documentation skills.
