Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to oversee daily support functions and develop efficient administrative systems.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating office operations, managing staff performance, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems to streamline processes.
  • Assess staff performance, provide coaching and guidance for maximum efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory levels and purchasing activities within budget constraints.
  • Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities, and vendor relationships.
  • Organize and supervise other office activities, including event planning, housekeeping, and asset management.
  • Ensure smooth information flow within the organization to support business operations.

  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent documentation skills using MS Office applications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for communication with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Good time management, prioritization, scheduling, and adaptability.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong team player with admin support expertise.
