We are building a pioneering hospitality brand in Mumbai, seeking an organized and proactive individual to join our core team as a Management Trainee. This hands-on role will directly support the launch and scaling of the business, while managing critical administrative and operational tasks.
Primary Accountabilities:- Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and communications effectively.
- Organize and maintain vendor lists, contracts, and contact databases efficiently.
- Utilize Excel/Google Sheets for budgets, timelines, and project tracking.
- Coordinate with consultants, designers, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of deliverables.
- Assist with launch planning, events, and activations for the brand.
- Conduct research on vendors, suppliers, and market trends as required.
- Prepare and circulate meeting notes, reminders, and follow-ups promptly.
- Act as a project manager for administrative workflows, keeping tasks and deadlines on track.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a focus on adaptability.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets with a strong emphasis on accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven track record of clear expression.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in hospitality, F&B, startups, or executive assistance is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Be at the forefront of building a groundbreaking hospitality brand from inception.
- Work closely with the founder, gaining valuable exposure to business operations, brand launches, and strategic decision-making.
