Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of daily office activities, managing office resources, and facilitating internal and external communication.
Main Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support, including handling correspondence, documentation, and record keeping.
Manage office operations, ensuring the efficient use of office resources and supplies.
Facilitate internal and external communication, acting as a point of contact for staff, clients, and visitors.
Coordinate and manage events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring proper planning and execution.
Arrange and manage travel plans, including bookings, itineraries, and logistics for staff and management.
