Key Responsibilities- Evaluate inbound leads from various sources and determine their eligibility and potential for study abroad programs.
- Engage with prospective students via calls, emails, and messages to understand their interests, academic backgrounds, financial readiness, and study abroad goals.
- Identify high-intent leads and categorize them based on their potential, ensuring that only qualified prospects are passed to the counseling or sales team.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead information, follow-up status, and key insights for better tracking and conversion.
- Nurture unqualified or undecided leads by providing relevant information and resources to keep them engaged for future opportunities.
- Work closely with counselors and business development teams to align lead qualification processes with overall enrollment strategies.
- 0 to 1 Year of experience in a similar role (added advantage if you come from a sales background).
- Involvement in college communities and extracurricular activities is beneficial.
- Remarkable communication and persuasion skills.
- Enthusiasm and willingness to work in a fast-paced, evolving start-up
