About Our Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
  • Provide support for HR operations, such as payroll coordination, employee records, and compliance.
  • Assist in designing and implementing HR policies, performance reviews, and appraisal systems.
  • Drive initiatives to nurture workplace culture and enhance employee engagement.
  • Handle queries related to HR, benefits, and company policies.
  • Partner with leadership to build a talent pipeline for future growth.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-7 years of experience in HR (generalist/recruitment/operations).
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance (India or UAE).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
