Key Position Overview

Main Job Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develops and implements strategies to align with global standards and emerging trends in education and healthcare.
  • Academic Curriculum Development: Oversees the continuous improvement of curriculum design, pedagogy, and assessment based on learning outcomes, technological advancements, and industry needs.
Key Performance Areas:
  • Research and Innovation: Fosters a vibrant research culture by supporting faculty and students in scholarly activities, publishing, and securing research funding.
  • Institutional Governance: Ensures compliance with statutory, regulatory, and accreditation requirements, oversees statutory bodies, and promotes governance, transparency, and accountability.
External Engagement and Representation:
  • University Representation: Represents the university at national and international platforms to build visibility and reputation.
  • Partnerships and Collaborations: Establishes partnerships with academic institutions, healthcare providers, research bodies, and industries to support student internships, placements, and knowledge exchange.
