Job Title: Experienced Trade Booking and Pricing System Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced trade booking and pricing system specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for working with stakeholders to identify and implement controls around the input and output data from the Calypso application.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience as a business analyst with a solid background in working with the Calypso trade booking and pricing system
  • Extensive work experience in all the modules of Calypso such as trade booking, pricing, position keeping, desk level risk generation, hedging, valuations, confirmations, trade matching, settlements, payments, and cash management
  • Work with stakeholders to identify and implement controls around the input and output data from the Calypso application
  • Active involvement across the system integration testing (SIT), quality assurance (QA), and user integration testing (UAT) cycle
  • Analyse large data sets using data storage, management and analysis tools, and establish the lineage of various data points
  • Develop reports, and present to various project stakeholders on the testing done, and issues in progress

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 9+ years of experience and a strong understanding of Finance and Risk domains
  • Good understanding of Finance infrastructure, processes and controls
  • Experience in product control or Finance change projects is highly desirable
  • Deep understanding of the Calypso application, and all its modules
  • Fundamental understanding of FX, IR, Credit, Commodities, and Structured Trading products
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills to coordinate with business and technology stakeholders and team members
  • Knowledge of business intelligence tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
  • Proficiency in SQL, and strong data analysis skills
  • Exposure to Python is desirable
