
CRM Relationship Manager

Are you a relationship-building expert with exceptional communication skills? We are seeking a seasoned CRM Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have 14 years of experience in client servicing, customer relationship management, or a related field. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities are a must. Familiarity with CRM tools, such as SFDC, is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities- Manage client relationships from initial inquiry to property registration.
- Document all deal details, contracts, and cost sheets in SFDC.
- Explain payment plans, milestones, and calculations to clients clearly.
- Foster timely payments and provide reminders as needed.
- Collaborate with the closing team for smooth deal finalization.
- 14 years of experience in CRM, client servicing, or customer relationship management (preferably in real estate).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a pleasing personality.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (SFDC experience is an added advantage).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
