Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Corporate Accountant. As a key member of our accounting team, you will play a critical role in supporting the multi-country or group accounting process.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for multi-country corporate/group accounting processes, including general ledger, balance sheet reconciliation, and month-end processes. You will work closely with global engagement leaders on end-to-end accounting assignments and provide timely and comprehensive answers to clients' queries.

Responsibilities

  • Meticulous adherence to client compliance calendars to ensure smooth closure of books, reconciliations, and reporting
  • Identify client requirements by gaining thorough understanding of business processes and operations
  • Adhere to defined processes and timelines on reports and schedules
  • Update dashboards to demonstrate progress of activities and status quo of multi-country engagements
  • Provide timely and comprehensive answers to clients' queries

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of core accounting experience, including AP, AR, GL
  • Experience in preparing monthly management reports and cash flow statements
  • Knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS)
  • Fluent English language skills; knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of Excel
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (Business Central experience preferred but not mandatory)
  • Experience in shared service centers is preferred
  • Very good work organization, initiative, and commitment
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Motivated, self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter with overall 2-3 years of experience
