Job Description

The primary focus of this position is to provide top-notch customer support, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the products and services they receive. This involves responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. In addition, you will proactively reach out to customers to ensure their needs are met and identify opportunities for growth.

You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with other departments to improve customer experiences and contribute to sales efforts by identifying potential new clients. Your strong communication skills, both written and verbal, will be essential in building relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
