Job Title: Sr. Asset Management Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Asset Management Analyst to join our Product & Technology Team at Procore Technologies. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the IT Asset Management function with respect to cost, control, compliance, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage asset requests, customer service, ordering, receiving, stock maintenance, asset assignment, and inventory control activities.
  • Coordinate asset refurbishment, disposal, and retirement, as well as license management and reclamation.
  • Reconcile, audit, and verify software licenses against assets currently in use.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize unused IT assets in the organization.
  • Collaborate with Procurement to procure and track software throughout the enterprise.
  • Serve as a key contact for producing software/hardware artifacts during internal/external audits.
  • Minimize organizational cost through product standardization and tracking.
  • Monitor quality throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or a related field, and/or 2+ years of experience in an IT Asset role, End-user Support, or a directly related field.
  • Ability to work independently and in an interdependent environment.
  • Experience with software licensing and compliance is highly desired.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret data and communicate findings in a written report.
  • Knowledge of department-specific system applications or products.
  • Proficient analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to elicit and analyze user requirements.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
