About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team at proMX. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounting work on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Post accounting entries and maintain proper books of accounts.
  • Petty Cash and Bank Reconciliations: Maintain petty cash entries and conduct bank reconciliations.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare workings and file GST/TDS returns in a timely manner.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
  • Travel and Expense Management: Handle travel and hotel bookings, ensuring payments are within budgets.
  • Employee Reimbursements: Process employee reimbursements according to company policy.
  • Office Supplies and Utilities: Manage office supplies, pantry items, and HR joining kits, ensuring timely payments to vendors.
  • Maintenance and Servicing: Ensure that office utilities, AMC contracts, and other necessary services are maintained and serviced regularly.
  • Document Management: Maintain expense bills, vendor invoices, and other documents in both physical and scanned forms.
  • Auditing and Compliance: Assist the auditor in completing statutory and transfer pricing audits, and prepare final accounts.
