We are seeking a highly experienced technical leader to define and own the vision, architecture, and roadmap for power electronics systems.

This role involves driving innovation in cost-effective, scalable, and high-efficiency power conversion for electrolyzer stacks.

Responsibilities include partnering with mechanical, thermal, and systems engineering teams to co-optimize packaging, cooling, and integration.

The ideal candidate will lead the design, simulation, prototyping, and validation of high-efficiency rectifier and DC-DC converter systems (10 kW to >5 MW).

Firmware architecture, coding standards, testing, and release processes should be guided by this person to ensure high reliability and maintainability.

They will also recruit, mentor, and lead a multidisciplinary team of power electronics engineers and technicians.

Key qualifications include excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, as well as strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices.

A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field is required, along with at least 8 years of experience in a similar role.
