Product Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Manager to oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept preparation to delivery of finished goods to customers.

This individual will be responsible for ensuring that products meet customer and internal technical and quality requirements. They will work closely with the project team to achieve product quality objectives, monitoring progress and identifying areas for improvement.

The Product Development Manager will also conduct FMEA reviews, share lessons learned from previous projects, and escalate any non-compliance issues related to NPD processes.

In addition, this role involves validating daily product life/torque/theft/SST test status, informing the team of any deviations, and conducting process audits and field failures/customer complaint analysis.

A successful candidate will have a minimum of 6-10 years of experience in NPD, with knowledge of various manufacturing processes such as sheet metal stamping. They will also possess excellent CFT coordination skills and be able to resolve conflicts in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 6-10 years of experience in NPD
  • Knowledge of various manufacturing processes such as sheet metal stamping
  • ISO 9001 :2016 auditor certification (advantage)
  • Six Sigma Yellow belt certification (advantage)
