Position: Development Manager
Experience Required: 5–6 years
Ctc- upto 7.2 lpa (depends on interview)
Working Days- 6 days
Location- Pune
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead New Product Development (NPD) activities from concept to production.
- Drive APQP, PPAP, and FMEA processes to ensure product quality and reliability.
- Conduct trial runs, validation, and error rectification as per customer requirements.
- Coordinate with manufacturing and process engineering teams to streamline production feasibility.
- Provide technical support in toolroom and die design for development activities.
- Ensure timely delivery of prototypes and production parts while meeting cost and quality targets.
- Liaise with customers for technical discussions, feasibility analysis, and approvals.
Technical Skills (Mandatory):
- AutoCAD
- Toolroom & Die Design knowledge
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience in process engineering and trials.
- Strong project management and problem-solving ability.
- Familiarity with customer audits, documentation, and compliance in development cycles.
