**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Manager to lead our product development initiatives. This role is responsible for driving the development of products that align with our business goals and objectives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and manage product roadmaps aligned with business objectives, conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer feature requests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize sprints and ensure successful project delivery.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Support sales by providing product demonstrations, RFPs, and marketing content.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or Business.
- 5+ years of experience in product management; international exposure preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in Retail, Brands, 3PL, FMCG industries.
- Strong experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)/inventory systems, exposure to Infor, Manhattan, SAP is a plus.
- Knowledge of warehouse automation and integration.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to simplify complex concepts.
