Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced electrical maintenance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with expertise in maintenance planning, scheduling, condition monitoring, spare parts management, and training and skill development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance Planning & Scheduling: Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Equipment Maintenance Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement equipment maintenance programs.
  • Condition Monitoring: Utilize data-driven insights to monitor equipment conditions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Spare Parts Management: Optimize spare parts inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize availability.
  • Training & Skill Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • 4-year degree in electrical engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, including power distribution, control systems, and lighting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
