Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Electrical Maintenance Lead to oversee electrical maintenance activities in our plant. This role involves directing and coordinating various tasks, ensuring efficient execution while minimizing costs.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintenance Activities Management
    • Develops detailed procedures for safe maintenance execution
    • Promotes timely implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance
    • Maintains accurate records for equipment
    • Monitors performance and maintenance costs for mechanical equipment
  • Stores Consumables Management
    • Evaluates new equipment or major repairs, recommending enhancements
    • Ensures no material shortages and verifies delivered materials meet required standards
    • Optimizes consumables consumption according to business plans
  • 5S & Safety
    • Coordinates daily 5S activities on the shop floor
    • Ensures use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and other safety gear among employees
    • Fosters an accident-free workplace with a conducive work environment
  • Innovation, Automation & Continuous Improvement
    • Drives continuous improvement projects to enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
    • Analyzes quality-related issues and suggests process modifications
    • Encourages team members to participate in continuous improvement initiatives
  • People Management
    • Completes department performance reviews and skill assessments
    • Fosters employee engagement among team members

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor of Engineering - Electrical, Instrumentation
  2. 15-20 years of experience in Cold Rolling Mill Electrical Maintenance
