Job Role:

Instrumentation and Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform engineering activities covering key areas of instrumentation technology, including field instruments, control systems, and analyzer equipment.
  • Develop and assign equipment maintenance strategies for instrumentation, ensuring asset reliability.
  • Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to align maintenance strategies with operational priorities.
  • Standardize instrumentation maintenance procedures and test intervals across similar asset classes.
  • Apply knowledge of hazardous area classification, international instrumentation standards, and preventive maintenance techniques.
  • Troubleshoot field instrumentation, including control valves, on-off valves, and various field instruments.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in instrumentation and electrical engineering.
  • Strong understanding of asset criticality analysis and asset strategy management.
  • Familiarity with Preventive, Predictive, Condition monitoring tasks regarding assets.
  • Knowledge of international instrumentation standards and hazardous area classification.
