We're offering an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) role, which provides a fixed salary along with co-founder-like agency, problem-solving skills, and strategic thinking opportunities.

You'll be working closely with our Founder, participating in key meetings, structuring discussions, managing follow-ups, and ensuring execution across teams.

This role demands high-context switching across product, growth, partnerships, operations, and investor conversations, as well as frequent travel.

The ideal candidate will possess real-world startup experience, bring clarity to chaos, structure to complexity, and hustle to execution.

As an EIR, you'll have a front-row seat to how a category-defining company is built, apply your startup lessons without financial pressure, and undergo a high-intensity apprenticeship in leadership, execution, and strategy.

Our program offers a unique opportunity for promotion to Co-Founder with equity if you deliver outstanding results in the first two quarters.
