Finance Team Lead - High-Growth Environment

We are seeking a seasoned Chartered Accountant to lead our finance team in a high-growth environment.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in financial management, analysis, and reporting. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for this role.

  • Oversee monthly and annual book closure, ensuring accuracy of accounts and compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) reports and dashboards, providing insightful financial analysis and variance analysis.
  • Drive financial planning, performance reviews, and budgeting processes to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establish systems, processes, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for finance and compliance.
  2. Manage and track Cap Table and investor obligations, ensuring seamless fundraising and due diligence processes.
  3. Support strategic financial decisions, working closely with founders and investors to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • CA with 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance, MIS, and analysis.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to design processes, track compliance, and work with cross-functional teams.
