Digital Regulatory Strategist

• Main Responsibilities:
• Lead analysis and design of cutting-edge solutions for Open Banking, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks such as PSD2, PSD3, and Open Finance.
• Develop comprehensive traceability matrices to guarantee end-to-end compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document the impact of regulatory changes on systems, processes, and workflows.
• Support internal advocacy efforts by contributing to internal communications, regulatory insights, and compliance timelines.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support deep dives, impact assessments, and detailed requirement gathering.
• Stay updated with regulatory developments, including EBA publications, to ensure timely and proactive responses to emerging compliance needs.
• Undertake market research, gather feature recommendations from clients, and build a pipeline of requirements.
• Identify market trends and opportunities in Open Banking and develop requirements for innovative products and services.

About This Role:

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a regulatory environment, preferably within financial services.
• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or relevant field.
• Experience with PSD2 and Berlin Group NextgenPSD2 or Open Banking UK is a must.
• Experience in regulatory interpretation, impact analysis, and creation of traceability matrices.
• Ability to conduct detailed mappings of regulatory requirements to organizational systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with different Open Banking Frameworks and involvement in API integrations or implementations.
• Understanding Clients' use cases and advising most suitable integration practices.
• Managing the full implementation cycle end-to-end, leading to successful launches.
• Comfortable delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
