Job Title: IT Governance Strategist

As a critical member of the IT project management team, you will play a pivotal role in defining and implementing effective IT project governance frameworks that align with regulatory standards.

You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to evaluate the effectiveness and risks of digital transformation initiatives, driving cross-functional IT projects that ensure timely delivery, performance monitoring, and cost optimization.

The ideal candidate will oversee multiple IT projects, tracking progress and achieving milestones while ensuring project compliance with industry regulations.

You will also manage IT resources effectively, including capacity planning and conflict resolution, maintain structured product documentation for stakeholders, conduct business analysis, and assess change proposals.

The successful candidate will have expertise in IT project planning, execution, monitoring, controls, and governance, with strong data quantification and analytics skills, as well as experience in designing metrics-driven dashboards for IT projects and measuring ROI, risks, and performance indicators.

They will also have strong oral and written communication skills, flexibility, and adaptability to organizational requirements, and a deep understanding of industry guidelines and security policies.
