Program Lead - Technology Consulting

You will be key member of teams working on end-to-end AI and analytics solutions for clients.

Your primary focus will be on data engineering and application engineering components of the overall solution.

You will collaborate with internal data science teams for ML aspects.

Drive problem discovery, scoping, program management, delivery etc.

  • Lead requirements elicitation using business acumen and technology understanding.
  • Coordinate program delivery (communicating updates, bottlenecks, risks, delays etc).
  • Measure and articulate the value of solutions developed to drive adoption by business teams.
  • This role involves hands-on contribution, customer engagement and team management.
Desired Skills and Experience

Experience in multiple data systems (cloud / on-premise, classical RDBMS / big-data / NoSQL) is required.

Project planning and tracking in agile and waterfall paradigms is essential.

Experience working on programs with significant application engineering and development components is necessary.

Exposure to MLOps/DevOps in cloud-based predictive analytics solution deployment is preferred.

Team management and client stakeholder management are crucial.

A techno-functional background (Engineering + MBA) is preferred.

A minimum of 8-14 years of relevant experience is required, some of which have been in hands-on development.
