Platform & Data Solution Architecture

Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, business, and security) to define priorities and solve challenges

Design end-to-end data pipelines leveraging AWS services such as S3, Glue, Redshift, Athena, EMR, Kinesis, DynamoDB, and SageMaker .

Implement data product storage, processing, and APIs using AWS-native tools and serverless architectures.

Use AWS Lake Formation for fine-grained access control and secure data sharing across domains.

Architect multi-tenant, domain-oriented data lakes and integrate with Redshift Spectrum / Athena for distributed querying.

Apply Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CDK) for provisioning and managing cloud resources.

Provide mentorship and technical guidance to engineering teams.

Lead design reviews and technical discussions to ensure secure and scalable implementations.

12+ years of experience in platform engineering, data architect, data engineering, or solution architecture.

~ Strong expertise in building scalable, secure, and compliant cloud-native platforms.

~ Proven track record in designing and managing multi-tenant systems on AWS.

~ Hands-on experience with AWS cloud, Big data and Analytics ecosystem (Airflow, Spark, Python, Flink, AWS Batch, S3, Athena, ECS-Fargate, SQS).

~ Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala.

~ Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases.

~ Strong CI/CD experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD.
