The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or general accounting roles, with a strong knowledge of Indian GAAP and exposure to US GAAP. Advanced MS Excel skills and proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling are essential.

In this role, you will work closely with our Accounting Manager and Director of Finance to own processes, procedures, and create efficiencies where possible. You will also assist with the implementation and optimization of billing systems and processes, support the month-end financial close process, and maintain the company's general ledger and sub-ledger accounts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • MANAGING THE FULL BILLING CYCLE AND ENSURING TIMELY AND ACCURATE INVOICING.
  • IMPLEMENTING AND MAINTAINING ROBUST REVENUE RECOGNITION PROCESSES IN COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE ACCOUNTING STANDARDS.
  • RECONCILING REVENUE ACCOUNTS AND RESOLVING BILLING DISCREPANCIES.
  • ASSISTING WITH THE IMPLEMENTATION AND OPTIMIZATION OF BILLING SYSTEMS AND PROCESSES.
  • Maintaining the company's general ledger and sub-ledger accounts.
