Job Description

Our organization is seeking a detail-oriented HR Trainee to support end-to-end tech recruitment and ensure seamless HR operations.

As a problem-solver with excellent communication skills, you will thrive in our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our company by performing various tasks including:

  • Tech Hiring & Recruitment: Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and create job descriptions. Source, screen, and schedule interviews for tech roles, including software engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract top tech talent.
  • Candidate Management: Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • HR Operations: Oversee the entire onboarding process for new hires, including pre-joining formalities, documentation, background checks, and the induction program.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience of 1-2 years in a similar HR role, preferably with exposure to tech recruitment.
  • A strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
