Account Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage advertising accounts, strengthen client relationships, and drive profitable campaigns.

  • The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • This involves planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Closely monitoring budgets, key performance indicators, and campaign performance with a focus on return on investment.
  • Collaborating with creative, analytics, and product teams to align advertising strategies.
  • Providing regular reporting, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Maintaining compliance with ad policies and proactively resolving account issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Serving as the main point of contact for client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  2. Developing and implementing campaigns that meet or exceed client expectations.
  3. Managing budgets, tracking key performance indicators, and making data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
  4. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of advertising strategies.
  5. Communicating campaign results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  6. Maintaining adherence to ad policies and addressing any account-related issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3–5 years' experience in digital advertising or account management.
  • In-depth knowledge of popular advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • A proven track record of successfully managing high-budget campaigns and scaling performance.
