Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our business development and client servicing efforts.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of owning key client accounts, driving revenue growth, and delivering success in corporate events, experiential marketing, and brand partnerships.

  • Secure high-value business deals with corporates and brands.
  • Independently manage and grow key client accounts while ensuring profitability.
  • Take ownership of account P&Ls, driving both revenue growth and cost efficiency.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring repeat business and upsell opportunities.
  • Lead teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects across multiple event formats.
Key Responsibilities:

Our Business Development & Client Servicing Manager will be responsible for:

  • Revenue Generation: Achieving sales targets through corporate/brand event deals.
  • Client Acquisition: Targeting decision-makers in various sectors.
  • Relationship Management: Building long-term partnerships to ensure repeat business.
  • Proposal & Pitch Leadership: Creating winning presentations and budgets.
  • Market Intelligence: Staying ahead with insights on industry trends.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partnering with creative, production, and operations teams.
  • Event Planning & Execution: Overseeing end-to-end delivery — logistics, budgets, vendors, and post-event reporting.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

  • 5–7 years in business development or client servicing (events, advertising, or brand activations).
  • Strong corporate connects with marketing & procurement heads.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal, pitching, and negotiation skills.
  • Event production, costing & budgeting know-how.
