Customer Engagement Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Engagement Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, selling Jio connections, and resolving customer queries in a timely and effective manner.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to effectively communicate with customers to resolve their queries and provide them with a delightful customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new customers through various channels
  • Sell Jio connections to prospective customers
  • Resolve customer queries in a timely and effective manner
  • Ensure a delightful customer experience
  • Respond to all customers in an appropriate tone and language

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Smartphone usage
  • Speak local language
  • Sales and customer handling skills
  • Ability to learn
  • Goal and result-oriented

Preferred Qualification:

Fresher candidates with a 10th standard education qualification are preferred.
