Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Pelican Telecom pvt. ltd. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development within the audio visual industry.
Job DescriptionThe Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing and executing direct sales activities to acquire new customers and drive revenue. They will develop and implement sales strategies to meet individual and company sales targets, build and maintain strong customer relationships, and identify new prospects and convert them into customers.
The role also involves conducting product demonstrations, customizing them to meet specific customer needs, regularly following up on payments to ensure timely receipt, and managing sales and customer relationships across Maharashtra, traveling as when needed.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to travel regularly and manage multiple priorities effectively, proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools, and demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Requirements- Proven experience in Av & Integration, Design sales management, preferably in a regional role.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel regularly and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
