Job Title: Digital Transformation Strategist

As a seasoned Business Architect, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities to deliver tangible business value. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their needs, analyzing existing processes, and proposing innovative technology-enabled solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME in Business Architecture principles and practices.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform key tasks.
- Responsible for making informed decisions that impact the team's success.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decision-making processes.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical is a must-have skill.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities are essential.
- Experience in developing business cases and project proposals is required.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable technology solutions is crucial.

Additional Information:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical is required.
- This position requires a strong understanding of change management principles and practices.
