Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Engineering professional to lead our day-to-day engineering operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead day-to-day engineering operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all systems and guest comfort.
  • Implement preventive and routine maintenance schedules for electro-mechanical and civil infrastructure.
  • Monitor utility consumption, ensure energy efficiency, and maintain cost discipline.
Applied Learning:
  • Conduct technical and safety training for team members.
  • Coordinate documentation and retention of records.
  • Investigate incidents and implement preventive measures.
People Management:
  • Supervise technical teams, assign responsibilities, and track daily performance.
  • Support HR in hiring, onboarding, and skill-building initiatives.
  • Motivate and engage staff through recognition programs and team briefings.
Business Acumen:
  • Track engineering expenses, highlight deviations, and ensure budget adherence.
  • Recommend cost-effective procurement of services and technical equipment.
Leadership & Executive Presence:
  • Represent the engineering department in management meetings.
  • Handle guest/resident technical complaints with professionalism and promptness.
Occupational Health & Safety Responsibilities:
  • Implement HSSE practices and systematic risk assessment and mitigation.
  • Train staff in fire safety, first aid, hazard awareness, and emergency procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in hospitality or real estate engineering operations.
