As a seasoned leader, you will oversee our Group Operations team in processing new business and end-to-end policy servicing for group business. This key leadership role requires exceptional organizational skills to ensure seamless coordination between Sales and Actuarial teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive individual Group processes forward
  • Issue policies and resolve customer and intermediary queries efficiently, providing top-notch customer service
  • Implement quality controls and quantity metrics to aid proactive management, ensuring operational efficiency and excellence
  • Supervise and train an effective team to meet business needs, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation

Additionally, you will lead the transformation and digitization of group business, driving process improvements and coordinating with finance for reconciliation of policy account balances.

Requirements:
  • Strong leadership, team building, and influencing skills
  • Computer skills in using databases, office management software, word processors, and spreadsheets
  • MBA/ACII or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 8-10 years' experience in customer services or operations within the financial services industry
