Senior Business Growth Specialist

At a leading financial institution, we seek a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to drive our debt-raising operations forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Debt raising from financial institutions, AIFs, banks etc. through term loans, debentures at competitive pricing.
- Preparation of CMA, credit proposals with new and existing lenders and handling queries of lenders in relation to credit proposals for fundraising.
- Co-ordination of end-to-end execution for fund-raising transactions.
- Management of existing lender compliances, reporting and covenant tracking.
- Ability to manage liquidity and investment portfolio.
Requirements:
- CA/MBA Finance degree.
- 6 – 7 years experience in a finance field.
Skills & Know-how:
- Hands-on experience in raising debt end-to-end.
- Capability to read and understand financial statements and other financial metrics of the organization.
- Ability to co-ordinate with different teams to fulfill requirements.
- Ability to understand core businesses and pitch them to external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
