Job Description

The Lead Analyst will manage client projects in the region, supporting clients' strategic decisions through syndicated benchmarking and market research. This includes in-depth discussions with clients, including C-suite executives, to guide strategic decisions using insights and analysis. We are looking for a proactive, curious and diligent individual—a systematic and articulate problem solver who will play a key role in driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading end-to-end delivery of client projects, including data collection, analysis and synthesis of large qualitative and quantitative datasets to build strategic insights
  • Interpreting market and industry trends to identify patterns, extract insights and highlight emerging opportunities
  • Leading client and internal meetings effectively; addressing client questions/queries using data and content expertise
  • Understanding client needs and delivering tailored, insight-driven solutions through proprietary tools, rigorous analysis and customized reports or presentations
  • Working with case teams as part of case engagements
  • Ensuring client and case team satisfaction and timely project delivery
  • Driving new ideas and working independently with limited guidance
  • Collaborating with colleagues to sustain and grow the program's membership base
  • Acting as senior member in the team and taking on oversight and line management responsibility for junior team members

This role requires rapid learning and business knowledge development, with strong opportunities for internal career progression. You will have a high level of direct client exposure, which in many cases reaches C-level executives.
