Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise various functions to ensure high service quality
- Manage operational quality with attention to detail on infrastructure, services, staff, and operations
- Handle escalations and grievances efficiently
- Liaise with departments to maintain a cordial relationship
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues
Qualifications:
- Hospitality graduate or diploma in hospitality management
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in hotel or hostel operations
- Extensive knowledge of hotel operations
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills
- Flexibility to relocate within southern India
