Job Title: Community Building and Operations Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Community Building and Operations Specialist. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in building a positive and productive work environment that supports the growth and success of our members.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of our operations, including:

  • Building a strong community environment that encourages collaboration and teamwork;
  • Organizing events and activities that promote socialization and networking among members;
  • Working closely with local businesses to plan engagement events and activities;
  • Conducting regular member satisfaction surveys and implementing improvements to enhance the overall member experience;
  • Ensuring the front desk is always staffed by a member of the community team;
  • Conceptualizing and executing community initiatives such as events and activities that foster relationships among members;
  • Introducing new members to our existing community of members;
  • Managing billing and check-ins/check-outs for all members whose membership qualifies as hourly or day-pass;
  • Conducting center tours for potential new members;
  • Attending to member needs at all times and resolving any issues that may arise;
  • Managing membership waiting lists;
  • Ensuring all members have enrolled on our app.
About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role;
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications.
