Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development and Commercial Strategy Manager to join our team in India. As a key member of our SEA HUB, you will play a crucial role in establishing and expanding our foothold in the Indian market.

This is a dynamic position that requires a strong commercial mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to drive business growth and expansion in India.
  • Collaborate with our Central SEA hub to develop and lead omnichannel initiatives, including marketing campaigns, product launches, and sales promotions.
  • Work closely with our Distributor team to manage monthly forecasting, inventory management, and channel partner relationships.
  • Identify new opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and strategic alliances to drive business growth and expand our presence in India.
  • Provide input on marketing strategy development for the Indian market, translate it into tactical plans, and execute them effectively.
  • Manage local PR, social media, and influencer planning and execution to increase brand awareness and build our presence in India.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a comparable commercial role in India.
  • Omnichannel experience is essential.
  • Strong commercial mindset to develop Go-to-market models for different channel partnerships.
  • Result-oriented, constantly looking for optimization and new opportunities.
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eager to learn and drive to always be up to date within your discipline.
  • Excellent knowledge of Hindi and English language, verbal as well as in writing.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum, depending on experience.
