Lead India Strategy for a Respected Organisation

You will lead the in-country delivery of our strategy, overseeing operations, governance, and compliance.

As the most senior representative in India, you will lead the local office, maintain statutory compliance, hold a directorship, and ensure collaboration with international colleagues.

You will have a strong grip on financial oversight, HR, legal obligations, and cross-border reporting.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Operating as legal representative and Director for all Indian entities
  • Overseeing budgeting, team management, financial planning, and reporting
  • Leading and developing the Bengaluru-based team; mentoring managers and fostering a high-performance culture
  • Delivering against a mission-led strategy focused on professional development, engineering excellence, and social impact
  • Liaising with international teams to ensure operational alignment
