Customer Experience Researcher Position

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a crucial role in shaping our customer experience. As a Customer Experience Researcher, you will be instrumental in defining and delivering exceptional experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in all phases of research, strategy, and design, from framing the problem to validation of concepts.
  • Demonstrate understanding of the problems we aim to solve and align end-customer research activities to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Develop research objectives to create fit-for-purpose research plans that meet defined objectives and validate hypotheses and concepts.
  • Design research plans to achieve objectives and lead generative and evaluative research methods.
  • Lead engagements with third-party vendors to execute research plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Practical experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods throughout the product development life cycle.
  • Expertise in applying various research methods and collecting/reporting qualitative and quantitative measurements.
  • Able to support findings with storytelling, usability, and cognitive principles.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Design Thinking methodologies and experience working on projects driven by these principles.
