Lead User Experience Designer

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in user experience research, design, and development. He or she will be responsible for leading the end-to-end UX process, encompassing research, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI across web and mobile platforms.

This role requires collaboration with various teams, including product, engineering, and data teams, to integrate UX with cloud-based solutions such as AWS/Azure and Databricks insights. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, ability to work independently, and experience in mentoring junior designers.

  • Responsibilities:
  • - Conduct usability testing and iteration of designs to ensure accessibility and feature performance.
  • - Develop and enforce secure, compliant, and data-governed design standards.
  • - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • - Collaboration: Excellent stakeholder communication and facilitation skills.
