Procurement Specialist - Infrastructure Vertical

We are seeking a strategic Procurement Specialist to lead and manage all tendering and bidding activities across the infrastructure vertical. This key role requires strong commercial, legal, and regulatory knowledge, as well as exceptional communication and leadership skills.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and successful submission of tenders and bids, managing the entire process from tracking tender portals to preparing pre-bid queries and submitting high-quality documents.

  • Lead and manage all activities for filing Tenders/E-Tenders, ensuring company standards are met and maintained.
  • Manage the tenders and bids team and proactively lead key deliverables.
  • Keep track of tenders on various portals like GEM, CPPP, IREPS, and Tender Wizard, and maintain a record of applied and upcoming tenders.

This role is ideal for a seasoned procurement professional with a passion for delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of techno-commercial and legal/regulatory terms and conditions of RFPs/Tenders.
  • Good knowledge of GEM Portal, E-Procurement, CCP Portal, and Defense Portal.
  • Understanding of MII (Make in India) and MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises).
  • Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including letter drafting.
  • Experience in tender management.
  • Fluent in English.
Qualification

Graduate (Bachelor's Degree).
